Siva is a brilliant student. One day siva fell down while playing. He didn't drink water properly ,so he fainted. The school authority had brought him to hospital. They advised him to drink lot if water regularly. His teacher informed siva's house. The parents went to hospital. Parents asked doctor if there was any problem. Doctor informed them that he had fainted. Parents asked the doctors to discharge him to get second opinion from known doctor. Siva's father told him you take rest now today evening we will go and consult our family doctor. The family doctor informed that he had fainted while playing due to giddiness.Need not worry and asking to drink sufficient water regularly. He followed it for some days and forgot to drink.
