Simple Present Tense
I/they/we/you +(do) + verb +object
He/she/It +(does) verb +object

Present Continuous Tense
He/she/it+is+ verb4(ing)+object
They/we/you+are+verb4(ing)+object

Present Perfect Tense
I/we/you/they+have+ verb3(past participle)+object
He/she/it +has+verb3 +object

Present perfect continuous Tense
I/we/they/you + have been +verb4+object
He/she/it+has been +verb4+object

Past Tense Tense
He/she/it /I /they/we/you + did+ past form of verb (v2)

Past Continuous Tense
He/she/it +was + V4
They/we/you +were+V4

Past perfect tense
He/she/it/I /we/you+had + V3

Past perfect continuous Tense
I /we/you/they/he/she /it + had been +V4

Future tense 
He/she /it /I/we/you/they + will+ verb

Future continuous tense
He/she /it /I/we/you/they + will be+ verb4

Future perfect tense
He/she /it /I/we/you/they + will have + verb3

Future perfect continuous Tense
He/she /it /I/we/you/they + will have been+ verb4

Verb1: see, go, write , speak 
Verb2: saw , went ,wrote ,spoke 
Verb3: seen, gone , written , spoken (past participle form)
Verb4: seeing , going ,writting , speaking
