You made mistake in 2,5,610,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20

Do, am, is, are all auxiliary verbs only only you have to know with which subject you have to to use.
For example :
Is will come along with He, She, It , person name , place name 
Is he studying ?
Is She working ?
Is it raining?

Am will come only with I
Example:
Am I working ?
Am I walking ?
Am I studying?

Are will come only along with they , we, you 
Are you listening?
Are we going?
Are they speaking?

In most of the places you used is double times that is unnecessary and should not be used .
So you have to practice more.
