GOOD MORNING EVERY ONE .THANK YOU MR. SASIDHARAN SIR FOR GIVING ME THIS WONDERFULL OPPORTUNITY TO ME.

         Now i am going to type yesterday story what we have discussed in discussion section.

   Vikram went to meet his friend Ramu, Ramu welcomed him with cherish .

     vikram and ramu spoke about their plan,their plan is to start a restaurant and provide tasty food to all.

      Ramu told his another friend Raju about their plan and asked him to join, Raju replied that," once you start the restaurant after that i will come and join with you ".

       Ram replied to Raju that," you are always welcome and promote our business to your friends and relatives also".

     vikram and ramu had discussed about the fund to start the restaurant.

     vikram told one idea to ramu, but ramu neglect that idea.They had a lenthy discussion.

     Finally they have decided to get loan from bank so they met a bank manager and applied loan to start the restaurant.

       Raju asked that, "when will you start restaurant?", Vikram replied that ," we will start restaurant after receive loan from the bank" .

      The bank manager had processed the loan papaer and granted ten lakhs loan to start the restaurant.

     The bank manager told Ramu that ," you will get loan with in one week". After that they started to find place nearby busstand to start the restaurant.

      They couldnot find the place near the busstand to start the restaurant why because the place is far away from the busstand.

       At last they saw a place which is opposite to the National college, but near this place government offices schools and shops are available .

     Bank manager had sannctioned ten lakhs amount and deposited to their restaurant account .

        Vikram and Ramu had decided to keep one board infront of the restaurant .Finally they fixed the date for opening the restaurant.

      They think about that who is going to open the restaurant, so t hey decided to call their school principal to open the restaurant.

      The principal appreciated them and accepted to open the restaurant.on the opening day the principal came to their opening ceremony and opened the restaurant.

       They monitered the function of restaurant without customer complaint, at the end of the function principal gave some ideas to develop the restaurant and left from the restaurant.

     After six month a complaint came that one costomer had complaint about delay in serving the food.

      The servant had explained that no fault on his part and he had served the food immediately after preparation .

       They explained to the customer and convinced him, regretted for the delay.

     Vikram and Ram both accepted server's explanation.Their restaurant is so busy now as they provide tastyfood.

     They have developed step by step, so they reached the success.Now they advertised to supply food online through zomoto and swiggy .

     They also delivered through online orders and earned more.Now they expanded the hotel in first floor too with lift facilities.

      They started offering free meals elderly and poor students .The district collector had appreciated their social service.

     The municipal commisioner had alloted a big shop nearby busstand to start another branch.

     They startedaising money to start new branch, and employed more employees and ensured customer delight.

     Both restaurant are overseen by them.Now they decided to buy own agricultural land for getting vegetables and milk from cows for their need.

    They went to see the lands while they were free.They had chosen the fertile land with well facilities. 

    In that land no shortage of water because of well.so they decided to buy that land.

      They bought the land and sufficient number of cows, they employed agricultural labourers to start cultivation.

    Vikram and Ram purcahsed a vehicle , now their expenditure has reduced and profit increased.

     For the first time they cultivated the crop , they got pure milk from their cows.

     They have supplied fresh milk , fresh vegetable also . pure milk had increased the quality of their Restaurant food.

      Now both their family very happythan ever.

 ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் நல்ல காலை வணக்கம். நன்றி திரு. சசிதரன் சார் எனக்கு இந்த அற்புதமான வாய்ப்பை வழங்கினார்.

          விவாதப் பிரிவில் நாங்கள் விவாதித்ததை நேற்றைய கதையில் தட்டச்சு செய்கிறேன்.

    விக்ரம் தனது நண்பர் ராமுவை சந்திக்க சென்றார், ராமு அவரை அன்புடன் வரவேற்றார்.

      விக்ரம் மற்றும் ராமு அவர்களின் திட்டம் பற்றி பேசினார்கள், உணவகம் தொடங்கி அனைவருக்கும் சுவையான உணவை வழங்குவதே அவர்களின் திட்டம்.

       ராமு தனது மற்றொரு நண்பர் ராஜுவிடம் தங்கள் திட்டத்தைப் பற்றிச் சொன்னார்.

        ராம் ராஜூவிடம், "நீங்கள் எப்போதும் வரவேற்கப்படுகிறீர்கள், எங்கள் வணிகத்தை உங்கள் நண்பர்கள் மற்றும் உறவினர்களுக்கும் ஊக்குவிக்கிறீர்கள்".

      உணவகம் தொடங்க நிதி பற்றி விக்ரம் மற்றும் ராமு விவாதித்தனர்.

      விக்ரம் ஒரு யோசனையை ராமுவிடம் சொன்னார், ஆனால் ராமு அந்த யோசனையை புறக்கணித்தார். அவர்கள் ஒரு விவாதத்தை நடத்தினர்.

      இறுதியாக அவர்கள் வங்கியில் இருந்து கடன் பெற முடிவு செய்ததால் அவர்கள் ஒரு வங்கி மேலாளரை சந்தித்து உணவகம் தொடங்க கடன் விண்ணப்பித்தனர்.

        ராஜு, "நீங்கள் எப்போது உணவகத்தை தொடங்குவீர்கள்?" என்று கேட்டார், விக்ரம் பதிலளித்தார், "வங்கியில் கடன் பெற்ற பிறகு நாங்கள் உணவகத்தைத் தொடங்குவோம்".

       வங்கி மேலாளர் கடன் பேப்பரை செயலாக்கினார் மற்றும் உணவகத்தைத் தொடங்க பத்து லட்சம் கடனை வழங்கினார்.

      வங்கி மேலாளர் ராமுவிடம், "ஒரு வாரத்தில் உங்களுக்கு கடன் கிடைக்கும்" என்று கூறினார். அதன் பிறகு அவர்கள் உணவகத்தைத் தொடங்க அருகிலுள்ள பேருந்து நிலையத்தைக் கண்டுபிடிக்கத் தொடங்கினர்.

       பஸ்ஸ்டாண்டில் இருந்து தொலைவில் இருப்பதால் உணவகம் தொடங்குவதற்கு பஸ்ஸ்டாண்ட் அருகில் அவர்களால் இடத்தை கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியவில்லை.

        கடைசியாக அவர்கள் தேசியக் கல்லூரிக்கு எதிரே ஒரு இடத்தைப் பார்த்தார்கள், ஆனால் இந்த இடத்திற்கு அருகில் அரசு அலுவலகங்கள் பள்ளிகள் மற்றும் கடைகள் உள்ளன.

      வங்கி மேலாளர் பத்து லட்சம் தொகையை ஒதுக்கி, அவர்களின் உணவகக் கணக்கில் டெபாசிட் செய்தார்.

         விக்ரமும் ராமுவும் உணவகத்தின் முன் ஒரு பலகையை வைக்க முடிவு செய்தனர். இறுதியாக அவர்கள் உணவகத்தைத் திறப்பதற்கான தேதியை நிர்ணயித்தனர்.

       உணவகத்தை யார் திறக்கப் போகிறார்கள் என்று அவர்கள் நினைக்கிறார்கள், எனவே உணவகத்தைத் திறக்க தங்கள் பள்ளி முதல்வரை அழைக்க முடிவு செய்தார்.

       முதல்வர் அவர்களைப் பாராட்டினார் மற்றும் உணவகத்தைத் திறக்க ஒப்புக்கொண்டார். தொடக்க நாளில் முதல்வர் அவர்களின் தொடக்க விழாவிற்கு வந்து உணவகத்தைத் திறந்தார்.

        வாடிக்கையாளர் புகார் இல்லாமல் உணவகத்தின் செயல்பாட்டை அவர்கள் கண்காணித்தனர், விழாவின் முடிவில் முதல்வர் உணவகத்தை உருவாக்க சில யோசனைகளை வழங்கினார் மற்றும் உணவகத்திலிருந்து வெளியேறினார்.

      ஆறு மாதங்களுக்குப் பிறகு, உணவு வழங்குவதில் தாமதம் ஏற்படுவதாக ஒரு வாடிக்கையாளர் புகார் அளித்ததாக ஒரு புகார் வந்தது.

       வேலைக்காரன் தன் மீது எந்த தவறும் இல்லை என்று விளக்கினார், தயாரித்த உடனேயே உணவை பரிமாறினான்.

        அவர்கள் வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு விளக்கி அவரை சமாதானப்படுத்தினர், தாமதத்திற்கு வருந்துகிறார்கள்.

      விக்ரம் மற்றும் ராம் இருவரும் சேவையகத்தின் விளக்கத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டனர். அவர்கள் உணவகம் இப்போது சுவையாக உணவு வழங்குவதால் மிகவும் பிஸியாக உள்ளது.

      அவர்கள் படிப்படியாக வளர்ச்சியடைந்தனர், அதனால் அவர்கள் வெற்றியை அடைந்தனர்.இப்போது அவர்கள் ஆன்லைனில் சோமோடோ மற்றும் ஸ்விக்கி மூலம் உணவு வழங்க விளம்பரப்படுத்தினர்.

      அவர்கள் ஆன்லைன் ஆர்டர்கள் மூலம் டெலிவரி செய்து மேலும் சம்பாதித்தனர்.இப்போது அவர்கள் முதல் தளத்திலும் லிப்ட் வசதிகளுடன் ஹோட்டலை விரிவுபடுத்தினர்.

       அவர்கள் முதியோர் மற்றும் ஏழை மாணவர்களுக்கு இலவச உணவு வழங்கத் தொடங்கினர். மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அவர்களின் சமூக சேவையைப் பாராட்டினார்.

      நகராட்சி கமிஷனர் மற்றொரு கிளையைத் தொடங்க பஸ்ஸ்டாண்ட் அருகில் ஒரு பெரிய கடையை ஒதுக்கியிருந்தார்.

      அவர்கள் புதிய கிளையைத் தொடங்க பணத்தை அதிகரிக்கத் தொடங்கினர், மேலும் அதிக ஊழியர்களை வேலைக்கு அமர்த்தினர் மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களின் மகிழ்ச்சியை உறுதி செய்தனர்.

      இரண்டு உணவகங்களும் அவர்களால் கண்காணிக்கப்படுகின்றன.இப்போது அவர்கள் தங்கள் தேவைக்காக மாடுகளிடம் இருந்து காய்கறிகள் மற்றும் பால் பெறுவதற்கு சொந்தமாக விவசாய நிலம் வாங்க முடிவு செய்தனர்.

     அவர்கள் சுதந்திரமாக இருந்தபோது நிலங்களைப் பார்க்கச் சென்றனர்.கிணறு வசதிகளுடன் வளமான நிலத்தைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தனர்.

     அந்த நிலத்தில் தண்ணீர் பற்றாக்குறை இல்லை, அதனால் அவர்கள் அந்த நிலத்தை வாங்க முடிவு செய்தனர்.

       அவர்கள் நிலம் மற்றும் போதுமான எண்ணிக்கையிலான மாடுகளை வாங்கி, விவசாயத் தொழிலாளர்களை வேலைக்கு அமர்த்தினர்.

     விக்ரம் மற்றும் ராம் ஒரு வாகனத்தை வாங்கினார்கள், இப்போது அவர்களின் செலவு குறைந்து லாபம் அதிகரித்துள்ளது.

      முதல் முறையாக அவர்கள் பயிரை பயிரிட்டபோது, ​​அவர்கள் தங்கள் மாடுகளிடமிருந்து தூய பால் பெற்றனர்.

      அவர்கள் புதிய பால், புதிய காய்கறிகளையும் வழங்கியுள்ளனர். தூய பால் அவர்களின் உணவக உணவின் தரத்தை அதிகரித்தது.

       இப்போது அவர்களின் குடும்பத்தினர் இருவரும் எப்போதும் மகிழ்ச்சியாக உள்ளனர்.
