Simple Past Tense


Example:
He goes to school 
அவன் பள்ளி கூடத்திற்கு போகிறான்

He went to school
அவன் பள்ளி கூடத்திற்கு போனான்

Question Format:
Did he go to school ?
அவன் பள்ளி கூடத்திற்கு போனானா?

You had a big house (past perfect tense)
உங்களிடம் பெரிய வீடு இருந்தது

Did you have big house ?
உங்களிடம் பெரிய வீடு இருந்ததா?

Simple past tense இல் உள்ள வாக்கியத்தை present tense ஆக மாற்றும் போது base verb மட்டும் எடுத்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்

Example:

I *went* to school yesterday 
என்பதில் *went* என்பது *did மற்றும் go* என்பதன் கூட்டு என்பதை ஞாபகத்தில் வைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்

எனவே simple present tense 
He goes to school என்று வரும்

உங்களுக்காக ஒரு சில verb களின் present past and past participle form தருகிறேன்
